[The pains of development]

At times we clearly are on the fence when it comes to growth. Your immediate environment and its surrounding areas are not the same as then, thanks to development. The challenge we all are faced with now is that of an influx of foreign nationals into our central business districts. The numbers are alarming. Some may lament opportunities they lose of employment due to that fact, high crime stats, and so forth, but I’d like to touch on rather a different subject we choose to turn a blind eye on.

Language and lifestyle dynamics

Due to them being on every corner, our young bloods tend to be too close to them and results are teenage pregnancy, drug abuse and high early school drop-out rates. In some countries, people do that in order to qualify citizenship status and social grant claims, the thorny issue often put in hind is the question of language the child will speak at home.

If a child is born out of wedlock, which language should be the first to the child? Also, even if the foreign father marries the mother, it still remains puzzling if we don't have the father's language among the official languages in the respective territory. Then, if the mother lets that pass and let the child speak the foreign language, how will the child cope with having to switch from speaking that language to that of the mother’s when out at school and when playing with friends?

The other challenge which I struggle with is that of squatting. Just imagine this: a girl meets a foreign guy who works at the local mall building construction site. As we all know, construction on such sites takes long to reach completion. They elect to squat in the girl’s one-roomed shack and in no time sire a child. Within a short space of time they welcome another one. After completion there is no other job to do and the man stays on and together at a later stage they get blessed again with another child before trotting to another place to work on another construction project and leaving them behind forever.

Ask yourself how old the first born will be when they try for the third child, bearing in mind that all the sensual activities happening in that very same shack in presence of the child. What that child witness at that delicate stage of development will never escape their mind. What does the future holds for that particular child? What such a situation brings about is the next generation of rapists, wanton youths and mentally scarred hoodlums.

Early childhood development scuppered

Three or four years of age, the scenes a child grasps in their head will linger for a long time to come. What as parents should be doing is shield them from bad and negative occurrences to their upbringing. 

It is not that I’m xenophobic or otherwise, but just bringing to the fore one of the contributors to our nation’s social ills. What needs be told is that this also is the case with our own locals who migrate from province to province doing temporary jobs. On daily basis things happen that in future will impact us in a big way unimaginable today, be them done by foreign nationals or by our own locals.

In conclusion: 'If it’s from the heart, it’ll touch other hearts'[1]. Denying a child a decent environment to grow from is an injustice. Failing a child with a stable language to grow speaking, is a slow poison to both esteem and self-knowledge of the child. Giving a child a habitable and stable home is any young one’s dream and a birth right. Thus will ensure our nation’s moral fibre stays intact, in balance and defensible at all costs.

And, the next time you consume a sippet and flashing to all those who care to look at your expensive horologe, think of the shortcomings of others and appreciate your background. Think of what you can do to help another sole to better a child’s life so as to can avoid recurrences of such mishaps from being experienced further. Develop your local economy with your people being truly empowered, and your country will be the envy of many out there...dp

[Financial adolescence]

The primary price to pay for learning about finances is losing it. When you win, you learn less than when resulted in loss. The value of money is mostly appreciated after it's no longer in our possession, and you starting craving this and that, or wish for this or that want or need.

Money is tied to one's DNA and it in itself is too found. The DNA in money is in its planning for it and it's spending thereafter. Your behaviour unto it is what makes it, keeps it, grow it, and attract it, and if you're too much of a loose cannon, same will apply with it. Money is made to be spent it's no lie, but then again it's no secret that it needs accountability in its wasting. Allow yourself to waste it in that it ends up eroded at times or coming back multiplied. So, no matter how good you may have spent it, it remains not that good to someone, hence it's a waste.

The money waste is either good or bad, but either way it runs the economic activity regardless. Now, one of the DNA characters of money is financial adolescence. This triggers the dopamine more than any other receptor in your helixed system. Everyone knows, there's no better fun than that of spending money and same is no bigger pain than that of losing money. Only the greedy odd feel pain in spending money if plenty. The danger of too much spend therapy is cocooned in its addiction.

Financial adolescents are important to the economy yet bad for themselves and those close to them. Financial adolescence is covered if you spend from a regular basis income source than from a once-off income source. To lose salary through frivolity safer than on a lump sum payout, unless the wrecklessness is on a safer waste spend.

In conclusion: financial adolescence is a powerful phenomenon that brings about a leaf turnover on second encounter almost all the time, less in cases of those habituals. Money in your possession is always experienced differently from when in another's or in thought. Money brings change more than it brings a shift in one's conduct, we all pass through that, it's a non-coded rite of passage we all go through either sans fanfare or with it.

To be honest, it's a must for one's growth in developing a connection with it. Money is an entity, and getting fused with you a legal entity, a mess if discipline is not an order of one innate. Let's learn to allow a certain portion of loss in our incomes to limited and responsible wrecklessness for just the quenching of that desire for it and then start employing our minds going forth. It can't be pointed at as bad a thing but as a stage that's dependent on an individual's workings of maketh, and there for a reason more than it a purpose...dp

[Beneficial enmities]

They say, money buys you a different class of enemy, and I concur. For those of us who don't have much it won't make sense until the day we get there. Enmity doesn't just happen, it emanates from natural hatred, historic relations, family ties, and influenced disfavour. It doesn't matter the nationality, gender, religion, age, race, social status, it just gets subjected unto you.

Many a time you find that the main reason is jealousy. Jealousy stems out of a lot of stuff like success, likeability, life background, and many others that others just can't swallow easy if not at all. What's alarming though, is that, most of the times it's from people you consider close to you. Hate and jealousy don't like imports, they export to you their bad energies.

The crestfallen fact that you need to line up for its enema, is the fact that enmity gets inroads into your system through your very own akin, and that's the worst ever means of betreyal to anyone. So, to be safe, know how to use enemies agin each other. Be the cool stupid, and it'll be easier to deal them contra.

But, one cannot hide the pain that comes with finding out or witnessing a strong dislike from your akin. Thing is, it goes way too deep and having the potential to disunite a clan. A one good fabrication has the potential of crumbling a bonded family. Even though they say, it gets messed by a tongue and can be mended same, but it rarely wipe out the memory altogether sadly, it keeps lingering. There's just no pain like that, and I reckon you know.

In conclusion: people you have a history with are always a displeasure to rattle, so, savour your relations with them. It but should be noted that in business it's always about scores to settle, and being enemies doesn't last longer than rivalry. To have a class of that enemy a safe haven, unlike people surrounding you but with crocodile jaws after your skull to crunch. Better an open enemy to manage than one in your pocket busy sizing you up with every of your move. One secret I leave you with is, align your negatives with an enemy that benefits you, if it doesn't, move on for it's not worth the effort. Tag never an enemy that's useless, for that's a waste of your time and progress. Tailor enemies that gives you growth and success. Know how to invest and develop self around your enmities, that's class. Gauge your tensions, your gains lie in them...dp

  

[Role duty vs fiduciary duty]

What is duty? We need to question that first. Duty, an official or moral obligatory deed to undertake. In essence, by nature, there's a high expectation of one's conduct personally and professionally.

As a person, you serve and be served, and the capacity is for some not of same in that it depends on either the who side they are or the what side they are. But then, before you be the what you are you by default are the who you are, and same applies on duty.

The role duty isn't same as the fiduciary duty, fact being that, in role duty you play your part as the who you are whilst with the role played in fiduciary duty brought by the what you are. As a parent you play a role duty but as a business leader you play the fiduciary duty.

As such, we should remember the weight and responsibilities of the duty that we get to play in either case we find selves in. The responsibility that is mated to any duty at most attracts a consequence and so, one needs to bear that in mind whenever assuming any duty. Account for the success and failure of your play in your duty, that's what we expect out of a leader on personal or professional level. But then, above all, be accountable to self before the other, the core is in that.

In conclusion: therefore, in recordal, it doesn't apply to one side of the equilibrium, but rather a 360 to the entity's executive, self, and others' part to play. Either side of duty, you just have to deliver at your best as it reflects on your personal image still as you as an individual play your part as a follower or a leader in it as a partaker. It further should be noted that both sides of play in duty are equal, with consequences varying a bit. Do your part, we need you in the space for the difference you may bring...dp 

[You matter first]

Trading paces a radius related affair when taking into account the footprint a brand desires to cover in a specified term as per the entity's executive vision. Competing for footprint different from competing for a specific target in any given market, and so is the pressure to fruition of that.

The challenge of being the first, or being the biggest, is one of the most fought for these days, but then, is it worth it? To be in competition is one thing, and being under pressure another, so, as fierce and brutal as it is, competition need not be pressure bearing to you. The secret to that is through doing what is important to your health. You must always remember that your mental and physical health are top tier in your success, and as such have to take care of them before anything else.

Anything done under pressure has an effect on your health. Whether it be a positive or a negative one, it is not good at most. What we however praise is the pressure that yielded positive feedback, thus we sweep the strain under carpet. A win plays a reality sidestep role but not saying it mends damage caused by the pressure endured in the process.

The impact of pressure has its own share of economy on you, dependent on how it finds your health status and financial status to deal with it. The amount of time and money spent on your health goes at most unaccounted for, but dig deeper into it and you'll realise how much it takes from you both financially and physically. Pressure results in deterioration of your body and maintenance of your body which all costs you.

In conclusion: in the race for your success, you ought to factor your health, as is the most important power charge to your being. The prime investment to the asset you are is your health first before any other thing. Don't be hard on self and be thinking that good results are your healing, no, do enough to restore your health. In any returns you receive, put aside a bit of it for your health. Truth is, we talk about the end result without mention of the hard work put in the process of the end result, thus we fail to comprehend how a person gets affected by the pressures involved. The pace of the game has changed and so should be the level of care in self. But then, it's not about what people will think or not about you, but rather the health care for your self. Think of you, you matter first...dp

[Establish a relationship with your vision]

It's something crazy about it, if you think of it in a way we interact with the idea of selves beyond the end goal. Funny how it emerges in the early stages of building up. One thing I've learnt over the years is to be crazy to your vision prior to being crazy about it. Doing that will enable you to have a relationship with it from its inception and all the way to its realization.

The relationship between you and your idea plan is one that's hard for the next to comprehend, yet easy to sail within once gotten the background of it, in relation to where it then is. The feeling you have for any of your creative outputs outweighs the feeling of its thought. When you have the whole norm intro-versed, you are left with a positive response to the virtual pod.

Vision is a concept revelation of an idea. It thus require the originator to establish a bond with it so as to work on bringing it to materialization. How you entertain the idea you have is a powerful message that is overtly sacred and mutually secular. If you find that your vision is indefinitely abate innate, then be sure it may be unworthy of your temple to house it, and as such to discreetly fade away to gaitly resurface into the next lit temple to morph it and give rise to its greatness it's destined for.

In conclusion: anything that comes out of you is unashamedly yours and how you relate to it entirely upto you. Establishing a relationship with that connection to your thoughts a special affair that none externally could experience but witness through projected emotional display. It's pleasurable a feeling to have and share, especially as a celebration of a future in currency to in time seen as success to be accomplished solely or with another if not others.

Being a friend to your thoughts projected is a mystery that's fascinating to the led visionary, if always allow them to guide you to your success landings. Crazy as it sounds, truth is all thoughts bear visions, just that they depend on your purpose fit. Try it, it starts there within your chambers in a solo mode. Be crazy to your inner self, it's always the best of place to edge out that most perfect pitch to you...dp

[Middle a balance to the binary]

Sometimes it takes one to give balance in-between the two, and that makes them the decider in many a case. Again, they say; there's two sides to a story and the first is from the one telling the story and the side of the one listening to the story. We grew up accustomed to accost by either our parents, teachers, or family and public members that it never occurred to us that there's three sides to a statement.

The blinds to our view was the binary factoring. We were made to look at things in two ways not many times. How many of you recall how we were taught to look at everything twice? Double check your work all the time to avoid mistakes! We even had nursery rhymes like the one we sang "look once, look twice, left and right before you cross" and to date still in one's head. Things were by default paired and known as that, Ben and Let, black or white, on and on/on and off, AC/DC, etc.

But now, grown up today, the new teaching becomes the addition to the numberline as one knew it with - and + counting, and so is the case with the equilibrium. The new word as a grown up is found in the middle, and it's called balance. This new way to the binary as we no longer know it has the ability to throw one off-balance still through concepts like sitting on the fence, vote abstaining, in with one leg out, and others of relation to those. The one common fact to sense is that they're en clair not choosing sides and opting to remain in the middle, of which to some a safe zone whilst to others a bad move.

The sad and painful self-defeating part of the whole concept though, is putting hopes in the hands of a select few to swing decisions on our behalf and find that they mostly go with what favours them, not the majority that they were chosen by to represent. We allow non-carers dice with our hopes, dreams, aspirations, and worse our lives. Out of the middle business then comes the emergence of the not so long trending buzz keyword dubbed the missing middle. This entrant keyword originated from the off-set in-betweeners to the have nots and the haves. What hurts the most about it is how it's being used against those categorised into that basket. Imagine being placed in the middle of nowhere with no aid availed for your access yet told it's out there if you search properly.

None except the select few will dispute that a lot is going wrong and 'the power we are told is in our hands, a swarm of locusts hemorrhaging the promise we're busy trying to cover in protect' [1]. 'Lost to us today is the soul of the true compass of leadership' [2], people in front taking all the valuables for themselves on our quantitative watch. Now, what they deal us is the shift button from accountability stance to the missing-in-middle plug and controlling the dark and light sides and, committing to none while us taking turns in finger pointing as we miss in action.

In conclusion: as things evolve with time, over and over and again and again, we find ourselves tossed out by new developments that are disguised as for us but not actually as stated. What one keeps taking away from all their lessons of late, is the fact that 'in reality, truth a politicized transparent waterless liquid sold in folded paper bags so none could see through it' [3]. Made to believe that middle was the practical solution, but in form terms never been and never will. Time now is we admit that middle not a balance to the binary...dp
