[Be one with the source]

To be a trendsetter is a gift that you should work consistently on. It starts with pole positioning and to leading the race for as long as possible. The taste of power and being first in everything an intoxicating feeling that once had not easy to let off your name, though hard to keep up with the pace.

It doesn't hurt to point out that it starts innate and projected outward. There's something about trendsetters and their trendsetting ways. Everything out there that's new today an old thing tomorrow, because trends have a shelf life of their own, as such can't sit idled on one invention. Pressure of creation is different at that level. What you ready for the market now is already worked on for its improved version for next installment. You just don't stop working. Trendsetting is about variants and predecessors.

You can't be a trendsetter and be not creative, and being creative means you have to be alive in thought and spirit. What needs to be known though is that there's a source that's enabling creatives to be how they are in thought and action. We all need to acknowledge that creativity is a spiritual affair. Anything created is a representation of your soul in solidity, a thought alive, a celebration of enability; an attestation that you are one with the source, hence it's important to be humble and grateful about what we've created and put us in lead over and over.

In conclusion: never question your dream but relive it, doing that shows your respect to the process. Let your dream speak to your receptive intuition, allow it enough freedom it commands, build with thought what it dictates, and a winning concept you'll be left with. What you should interrogate is your finishing until it complements the initial message communicated through your creation by the source.

One more thing to bear in mind is that each creation is Godly and only tainted unGodly by the negative spirit of influence. And again, any creation, whether a winner or not, comes from a sacred place deep within and if not winning needing the sole that'll sync with it, seal its mischecks, and sell it. The power of creation is its connection with its kinds in different ways, and so is the magic that sets one apart from the rest, thus making them trendsetters. How they appeal to wider audience and standardizing the market, a pure affirmation of being one with the source. What just remains is for us to know who our source is...dp

[Grey denomination for the haves and have-nots]

'If you love money, know how to make it' [1] and you'll be careful with your spending. I recall this words whenever I'm about to spend a lot. Making money isn't easy and to those who find it easy be that they struggled first before getting it right, and to maintain their position using the 30/20/50 (trividend) ratio.

In this trying times, opportunity is lesser than misfortune. With this in mind, it's best to always have your eye on the leap of opportunity. The world of today is of worth, populism, greed and insatiable desires, and if you don't have any of those in your personality mix, are in for a long wait for recognition and recommendation. We live in clans more than they did then. We are more lavish than old money did. We simply are more everything in this age. Given that, it's obvious to point out that if one isn't an affiliate then chances are slim of making it, and as such opportunity a precious commodity.

Along with many changes of note today, money is no longer only a physical pretty paper like it used to be, as we are in the era of plastic money and virtual money. The danger of these new money forms is in how it's relatively easy to transfer in that its intangible and that made it easier to hoard. With that shift, we became more obsessed with numbers which saw those in higher bracket be the figures of influence authorized and power harvested.

By so saying, meaning that support, loyalty and trust are bought by those with buying power, opinions are coloured and weighed according to who you are and what you have, justice system serving the mighty and worthy with respect the have-nots only dream of, and chance a space filled with hopefuls for mercy of the connected few; and that bringing to the fore how hard are you willing to work to get their attention? What are you willing to sacrifice to be in their circles? Indeed, cash rules everything around them and making their world go round in smaller circles.

In conclusion: how we spend our money and on what, is the grey denominator above all for the haves and the have-nots. Money is an enabler element that has the capability to destroy after building a sole, corrupt a clean soul through malady, stroke an ego that wouldn't otherwise have under normal circumstances, it gets to people like smell transported into our bodies by oxygen.

How you use it, goes to show how exposed you are, and how it treats you a sign of how in control you are or not. With it you have access to opportunity windows, spotlight living; a taste of life not touching just about anyone. And if you're to love it, let it register in you the possibilities of its impact to your life. But honestly, life with money is soft and full of certainty, just that it ain't easy making it rapidly and keeping it growing while burning it fast...dp

[Family or family-family]

The challenge of bonding with your dream team a raison d'etre. It's unheard of for some whilst unthought of for others, but real for those faced with it. The exercise is riddled with dilemmas, hyped up choices and hidden ramifications, though with beautiful stories to tell if invest a bit of more time in it. And honestly, truth remains still that you have plenty to carve for self a souvenir out of should you at some point wish to surrender.

To many, bonding is about fun all the time, but reality spells it out differently the exact moment you call in for that number number. There are many hurdles to go through so as to declare self a conqueror. In a group you deal with egos, secrets, rivalries, traps, intents, separatist ideologies, etc, that will highlight tidal waves of insecurities, inhumanity and lost self-beings.

Those elements use any opportunity of a gathering as such to breed negativity, inferiority, criminality, and inequality. If you dwell much into their retrograde program are sure to lose purpose of the whole process. The key is to never allow room for regression by any rogue element, instead peddle unification and instill self-confidence, common-love, respect and trust in next; just about anything that will advance collective positivity.

What you are to the team, how you choose to shape it, and what to save of it, very much dependent on what the individuals sell of selves to you and what you expect of them as a result. Getting it right an achievement and pride. Being a leader a re-discovery of self everyday and an experience none encounter same all the time. It humbles and builds you in kind, teaching you more as you upskill others.

In conclusion: the first rule of engagement here is homogeneity. It's about mutual connection in emotion, spirit, psyche and unison, so as to reach parity levels on synergy. You can't have a gathering of soles that doesn't feel as same, behave same, think alike, treat others alike - you need people who will represent you or your brand, and entrust them with carrying out your dream as a union of qualified soles. Your best bet will be to unearth the background of each as you too use yours as an example to weave strong ties that ensures certainty and belonging. Thereafter, it'll be them who'll show to you if they're to you a family or family-family, and but, whatever answer they have at times a matter unsettling...dp

[For thy career hero]

I asked her how she does it, and she said: "life balance" with a smile while dishing up for her family at 19:23. Just after 20:10 she leaves the table straight into her study room cum office to close her day. It usually takes her anything from 1 hour to 3 hours before getting into bed. Her day starts at 5:00 and be at the office by 7:00 before everyone arrives. She runs her start-up accountancy firm.

If you call this crazy, and be calling yourself a businessperson, then clearly there must be something you're missing or perhaps be that we fail to spot your genius. Trust me, people in business have no time. It may be disputed i know, but when in your early stages very wrong to be doing things otherwise like early knockoffs and late work pitchings. You need to work hard for your dream and soft life, and those in your corner will be pushed by that in their quest to make it be possible with you.

Making a success of anything that you start an achievement on its own. It doesn't matter what it is, what we clap our hands for is you having accomplished what you intended doing in the first place, so, celebrate each of those small successes as they are your building blocks to your bigger triumphs.

The challenge with today is that there're many ways to making a living than it was in earlier days (not saying it's bad though). Each decade has its own chapter of evolution and mushrooming of new age enterprises and enterprise runners. Business models gets tweaked all the time. One thing that is still stubborn in the reality of this times is hard work, information and long hours put in, unless with this new e-commerce models as the players in them seem to be earning hard and working smart, thus implying less work and hours done.

Pop culture on the other hand came with it carrying ungrounded yet crafted dreams and hopes that one can do it sans breaking their back, and pity simultaneously opening a backdoor to off-markets that became killers of those hyped dreams and endless possibilities sold. It takes money to make money, yes, and again it takes power to realize your dream, and that comes in the form of land ownership, open market entries, access to funding, affordable labour force, etc, as with such not there, are just well wishers.

In conclusion: being a businessperson used to be fancy and respectable but today not. With everyone doing a side hustle it seem like business a walk in the park. Business is used loosely to express income, irrespective of how it comes it's still business. But for those who start entities and scale them gradually, we know it ain't easy and for that, rest assured you're the daily warrior kings and queens we secretly admire, celebrate and aspire to be, for your bravery a quality some of us only wish for. And in a nutshell we say: "Never give up, we salut you."

Lest we forget, in the process of success for business leaders and runners, there're career heroes who make it easier for them to achieve that which they hope for. In so saying, giving them a hats off gesture for the support to our economies, rankings and family prides. They may say you chose the easier way out, but if only they knew how hard you work they won't look at you asame, and but as for us who knows and respect you for the treasure you are, will forever be grateful for your sacrifices and effort poured into their success stories for you're the molds thereof. We appreciate you, salut...dp

[Mated friendship to commerce]

"Never do business with friends and family", the advise you'll receive from a veteran at failed attempts in business. 'The truth about any story of success is the true lies in it' [1]. If you can understand that, you're halfway to making it in your own story of success.

Trouble with advise is that mostly it's double edged. Sometimes one advises you so as to steer you away from their territory and at times be to enable you to advance. This taking me back to the issue of a mentor vs a seasoned business consultant. The core of the argument being the relationship building over time and the unlocking of opportunities in the long run. I know of people who got locked out of opportunities because their mentors felt jealous or have set a buffer for them. That is caused by the competition built over time with them resulting from the friendship made that later turns to frenemy.

That not scraping the goodness of the phenomenon, no, just the downsides I had observed personally. Enough of that, back to the topic. Doing business with friends and family isn't entirely a bad thing to be honest, what harms the thought is the downside only sans exploration of the upside. If your friends and family are the material then where's the danger in it? How many of us failed because of going into business with total strangers?

I believe if the common interest exists in each, you sure are on your way there. Of late I'm thankful for having turned around from the thoughts of those advises given then. The best advise I feel for me still the most relevant to date was to listen to my own intuition for it won't lead me astray, and that there's a reason to its every reaction. I for one, at most like to tell those I engage with that they should never listen to the story of another's success, that they just hear it and move on in stay on their course. Truth is, the content is similar, so, dig deep in creation of your own to share in future.

In conclusion: there's nothing wrong in mating friendship to commerce. What matters the most is the collective intent and sheer respect, love and well wishing among each other. Not every friend or family member will make a business partner, it takes a special kind to make the cut, so be genuine about that to preserve your good relations.
