It's hard to fathom I know, but a must of reality to take in when doing time for another. [A camel is a horse]

A camel is a horse designed by a committee, they say, and I concur. What's the significance of group leadership? Anything that's by a group decision gets somehow wrong, compromised or flawed. I don't say group decisions aren't good but instead saying are at most poor in that they're either a boon or a bane.

Sometimes we despise control freaks and autocrats, but are necessary in that we quickly know the subject of reference to point at whenever things are wrong or right, unlike with a group. What is good about such leaders is their ability to be frank and bold, and their decisions quick to be carried out. Doing anything in a group form hides accountable responsibility of others and not totally binding, something that defeats the purpose of leadership.

When you lead, it's either you're good or bad at it. Those you lead feed from your energy and style, and reflect that back, and sad when it doesn't come back good. Let the message be one, even if not from you the leader, be it but communicated by one channel, you or one chosen rally point of that. Not controlling that your voice won't be heard. If you want to weaken an organization, put two equal heads at the top and you're done with it. Have one head of the group and all else will fall into space.

In conclusion: getting your way through a baculo may seem bad and unfair, but what nations proved from time to time is that soft approach leadership is characterized as weak and impactless. We differ, we amend and we move on. As a people we differ, our types are similar but vary in degrees brought by circumstances. When together we form a group or a team, and the purpose of coming together highlighted from the beginning. In a group or team, we have goals to achieve and guidelines to adhere for goals to be achieved.

When we push in conforth we do so with roles that are given as titles. If you're given a title it means that you're entrusted with a part to play that will produce result in the end. If you feel you have something that fails you to deliver at all or in time or as per expected standard, best YOU say it in time to give those in lead a chance to reflect and see what good they'll do out of that. Doing so shows your spirit of unity, responsibility and accountability. Every leader wants to work with such an ethical person.

Time when working together is vital and if you execute your responsibilities within given timeframes are giving the team or group the chance to function properly. We all know that working with multiple individuals brings with it disagreements, tolerance and unending challenges, but we should all strive for a perfect output, amendments acceptance, and resistance to negative outside influence and present a united front to attract more work. In the role you play, you should know your position, expected outcome, whom to impress and how to advance the cause. Playing your role is part and puzzle of the collective's achievement, growth and progression that will give you recognition.

In conclusion: it doesn't matter what you're placed as, what's important is your part to play for advancement of success. Your dedication is essential hence you're placed there in the first place. Don't compare self but notes with others and deliver, that's the most best that you're ever going to need. If you're not satisfied, say it and get it out of the way quick for the sake of rhythm distortion in the uniform churn out of energy and effort. Any hiccup a turn off. The key here is knowing oneself's limits and solutions to mitigate such shortcomings. [Clashing passions]

Whom to punch when you feel the need to? Why you punch them, only you knows the answer to that. But truth be told, it doesn't help a bit. You just need to understand yourself in order to work with yourself. What you are and what you're best at, who you are and who you're best at, should be the centermark of your fold.

We can't run away from the fact that we're naturally set in binariness as beings, male and female, personality and character, who you are and what you are, then comes the missing middle as a convolute filler (non-binaries), i.e. ambivert, queer, medium, etc. If you're not certain of your centermark you're going to differ on many fronts with self when your inner versus your outer. What you are should make way for who you are when things are normal and to come back to the fore on rise to an occasion when there is a need to, if you're to live a life that's not pejorated. Life needs to be prorate, and so is same with passions and aspirations.

As a person you need to understand what you want out of your being so that you don't get to experience any clash of your passions. In some, who they are differs from what they are when it comes to doing what they love. At times people do what they have to do to get by but not be serving their passion, whilst with others be the case of not knowing what to do first and which to follow after. With that said, the question now be: "Do you do what you love or do you do that which is necessary to be done?" This lessens the confusion others encounter and struggle with in pursuing what they desire.

Finding what you truly love doing is a must for anyone but not for everyone to do. Living your dream is a blessing that almost everyone wishes for, and but not because of letting realities of life take over their chance at happiness. Be your first reality before anything else throw in your path its reality. It's your life to live and you get only one chance at that, so, be the controller and juxtapose your desires so you don't run into commotion of passions.

In conclusion: as you know, as a leader you need empathy not harshness, and should have that for self too. Spread your passions and aspirations by writing your own story of success and live each day pursuing it, your wrongs and rights will be illuminated by your deeds. Do what you want if you're at liberty to, and do what is required of you if you're free to do, but be sure to never serve two centermarks at the same time. [Show gratitude]

This past weekend I experienced a blast of seasoned talent, thoroughbred skills, polished maturity, and genuine intentions, all gathered in spirit of success to achieve as a collective. Pity one in them broke that spirit of nestled blessing of soles. That one shattered the care and love showed to them, and that one unfortunately was me.

I know how dampening it feels to be made to feel your craft and devotion aren't appreciated, and I turned back to do same. The key takeaway for me here is that humility can't be bought and is respectably expensive, regrettably. My choice of behaviour left no honey in the pot for anyone who's attracted to ever wish to taste. Never had I thought I'd be a waste of existence to another's importance I so needed for long.

Self-esteem exaggerated worth an exegesis to the emotion tested. Self discredit I moulded in shape of my shame a result of decharacterisation portrayed. I just don't deserve a smile in kind from them. I know what I are and what's expected of me to them, and I brought the downside. From tomorrow on I'll be reversing my unme tendencies. Hope the remake of me be a better retake to frame, remodel and repositioned.

In conclusion: my growth, same as everyone's, is an everyday dilemma. My disappointments a threat to my day's now and future, I should've known better. I can't secure my peace in defense, and same is true with my gratitude. I should've been the better me, the qualified frame everybody elected to be surrounding, the he who over and over promised to be the version of humble, trust, unity, strength, exuberance, and empowerment. Sorry I advanced the D-game instead and proved to be impossible to work with, though having had such tremendous skill on set made it look like was the usual norm that thus taught me to respect the role players in the process. [Invisible achievements]

How the world views achievement in a materialistic fashion solely a big worry of this now times. A person will tell you how cheap a car you're driving, but then a surface scratch to their background find that even their parents couldn't afford a scrap, let alone dream of owning one. A peep into their sound signature, most of the music they listen to a worry to start with, the root of all going forth wrong.

Ask such type about what they'll do should they win a lottery, and you'll be shocked by the disappointment uttered. We live in a society that is troubled. The now generation worship vanity and are proud of it. My worry is they pretend to be loving each other but not liking the best in their next. If things are like that, how do you expect any advancement of a generation?

Today, because of flouting validation by others, material the reference point for anyone voicing progress. We forget about what achievement is. Gratification of glorified quick-dry palatable winnings dominate headliner highlights that carry entitled honour. To them a paper used to start the fire today the same paper that's to do same come tomorrow. Life a rot in the lane with such.

Not every achievement is worth a loud speaker, some are personal and some are for public, and also not saying there'll be a material reward for show to can say is an achievement. There're many things done that go unnoticed like even with you when your parent celebrate your pass in class, or seeing you deliver a good group debate, no matter how insignificant to the other that may be but not to your parent. I often here how young ones say that they won't listen to someone talking money but not having a million cents to their name. I pity them silently.

The mentality that's running in them adds to the mess we see daily in our homes. The process of working hard is overridden by instant riches resulting from different fabled fleece schemes like forex, retail share trading, and crypto mining and its trading. We no longer believe in what you say but rather in how you present yourself. This escalates to even the home front. Parents nowadays can't reprimand their children because they aren't good enough like the friend's parents or neighbours, money drives respect.

Making money should be filling the now generation's heads not spending it. What do you spend if you ain't got a dime made and saved?

In conclusion: I know of people who once were up there who'll tell you about what they achieved in life and lost, but flop is if told to a stranger won't believe. One of them is a spiritual motivational speaker now who uses her life story as her point of reference. She's been there, been that and today a has been of note. Her past a rich source of information that to date still relevant if be given a chance by the now generation.

There are people who are achieved but not celebrated because they aren't good at public display. We can go on and on the list on things worth the noise that are but muted. Again, having money doesn't say you've achieved, it's all about the end goal. If you succumb to small minded people you'll end up deviating from your life story, share with those who care to learn from yours and keep bettering self, and whether they choose to see them or not, it's your achievements. The fact that you're seeing nothing on them doesn't conclude there's nothing about them, and maybe it's, just that you're looking for something other than that. Invisible achievements...dp

[Treasure your reputation]

Some fight for custody of their dreams, some for control of their investments, others for value of their voices, and some for a place in the mind of their targets, while others for their worth to be recognized, and then comes you. Now the question is, "what are you fighting for?"

I met some young man who's responsible for happiness of his family. He said to me whilst in a materialistic conversation that his fight all of his time after high school has been for reputation. Said it's through that that he's able to put bread on their table and smile on their faces. He at some stage in the talk asked what I'll do and for how long to build and fight for protection of my reputation. I just looked at him and purposely said I don't know. And just by that, he cut the conversation and said his adieus. He was disappointed I could tell.

Reputation made men and women be, it built corporations, grew world population, and gave rise to love and hate. Partners rely on one's reputation when considering ventures, consumers decide on the reputation of a brand when purchasing, as such anyone should put much effort in building and protecting theirs. Reputation is both a magnet and a repellant, be very careful with it.

And because of today's intrise thinking, the damage to reputation has proved to be a quick erosion to one's solid name and proven timeously that it's thrise expensive to restore. The internet makes life easier whilst simultaneously making it harder on the other hand. It's now easy to sensationally tarnish an entity's name without any facts backing up the rubbishing claims, and get away with it without any consequence. Bad news run faster than good news, and the downside being unproven content.

I know of one social media influencer who once rubbished someone and in a day was losing credibility, and two days later came back to reverse the claims. It restored the name but was never that strong as before that. Reputational damage a game to some but hurtful and costly for the one involved. Reputation management is now an industry on its own and those who still don't see reason for it are in for a long haul.

In conclusion: sometimes people are there for you because of who you are. At times some things are done for or made possible for you because of who you are. Some people may be assisted just because of your name or presence attached to them. All this things are happening because of your repute. So, if there're any gains for you that results from that good repute, keep it intact no matter what, and fight for it if you can. Reputation might not be all things but an everything key, is expensive. It is the currency to all currencies, don't give it off cheaply, treasure it...dp
