You can't have a gathering of soles that doesn't feel as same, behave same, think alike, treat others alike - you need people who will represent you or your brand, and entrust them with carrying out your dream as a union of qualified soles. Your best bet will be to unearth the background of each as you too use yours as an example to weave strong ties that ensures certainty and belonging.
